Made from grass fed and finished Galloway beef bones from our property at O’Connell, Central West NSW, our small batch bone broth has been simmered for 36 hours and contains only local fresh ingredients - Ridgeline beef bones, Ridgeline leek, rain water and locally produced apple cider vinegar.
Enjoy your broth as a soup, mix into a stir fry, combine with your mince, sip straight from a mug or use as a base for your sauces.
